Pinkish is an accordion-fold zine, inspired by the words Pink, Organic, Distorted, and Light.
I created this piece using a scanner and Adobe Illustrator. I experimented with scanning different materials, such as aluminum foil, pages from books, and shards of mirrors, to explore textures and distortion.
I used a pink Hershey's Kiss wrapper to create the textures in this zine, then traced an organic shape made from a scan to overlay and create a flowing pattern that takes you through the zine.
